Section 96 lodged on development under State Environmental Planning Policy (Affordable Rental Housing) 2009

McCullum Ashby Architects are pleased to announce that we have lodged a Section 96 to amend a previous DA approval in Pennant Hills from 8 townhouses on a 2100sqm site to modify it to now achieve 4 townhouses and 8 of 2 bedroom units as in-fill development under the State Environmental Planning Policy (Affordable Rental Housing) 2009. This provides our client a much greater diversity of accommodation types and increases the yield for the development. We look forward to a favourable outcome from Hornsby Council.
