McCullum Ashby Architects has a broad range of experience in designing different multi-residential building types. We regularly work on many seniors living, townhouses, residential flat buildings, and dual occupancies. We also worked with the not-for-profit sector and Councils on several in-fill affordable housing, group homes and boarding house projects. We are currently working with several clients on build-to-rent housing under the Housing SEPP as well as manor and terrace houses under the Low-Rise Housing Code.
