Form follows function

Work is now complete on our Wahroonga home and what an amazing result for our clients.

This site has a notable cross fall and a narrow lot. The brief was a knock down rebuild of the existing modest single storey home and construction of a new grand five-bedroom home with basement garage. The home is defined by its refined street presence and open plan living spaces embracing the north facing rear yard.

Our engaged services included the architectural design, documentation and project management of submissions for both the DA and CC.
