PACIFIC HIGHWAY | TURRAMURRA

This commercial Turramurra site sits at the prominent intersection of Kissing Point Road and the Pacific Highway in Turramurra. The client’s brief was to replace the existing dated retail and office building with new. The site is dual frontage and supports a basement, retail ground floor plus two floors of office suites over. The architectural design is contemporary in form standing as an icon on its site. The soaring roof is dominated by sleek Rockcote rendered walls and aluminium Vitradual cladding.

Our engaged architectural and interior design services included interior design as well as the detailed architectural documentation, management of the consultant team as well as coordination of required regulatory approvals. In addition, we were also engaged to call the construction tender and provide contract administration during the build.

Our role encompassed architectural design, documentation and project management for the Development Application (DA) stage.
