Melisa joined McCullum Ashby Architects in 2025, bringing experience from practices in Argentina, Tasmania and New South Wales. With a background spanning residential, multi-residential and commercial projects, she is particularly skilled in early design development, architectural drafting and producing clear, buildable documentation.

Passionate about sustainability and sensitive responses to context, Melisa focuses on creating architecture that enhances everyday living and strengthens the relationship between people and place. She values functional, well-detailed outcomes and a collaborative design process with clients and stakeholders.
