Giffard Street, Silverwater

This new development involved the relocation of an established business. It comprised an office area of 1,100m² and a warehouse area of 2,500m². Functional planning of the warehouse area as well as the development of a thoughtful office plan is one the major strengths of the design. The building itself, combines glazing, steel structure and colour to form a playful shell which embraces it’s context
