YUAN HOUSE

This Wahroonga House had been altered over time yet still retained some its original Arts and Craft details. The client brief was to explore the opportunities to extend the house. As the house is located in a Heritage Conservation Area, the front façade and rooms of the house were retained and a new extension to the rear was proposed including a substantial new basement carpark. As part of our scope were prepared two concepts; one contemporary and one traditional.

Our engaged services extended to preparing the concept design, architectural documentation and project management of the consultancy team for the Development Application.
