ROSE HOUSE
The subject site was recently subdivided as part of a battle-axe allotment. The property was sloped and had elevated neighbours on all sides creating overlooking. The contemporary architecture of this proposed design follows the slope of the site and explores the juxtaposition of the materiality of the project through white linear forms offset against softer natural materials such as stone and timber. The resulting 5 bedroom and triple living home focuses in on a central private courtyard with water feature and lap pool.
Our engaged services extended to preparing the concept design, architectural documentation and project management of the consultancy team for the Development Application.
