KUROZ HOUSE

The site for this home was on battle-axe property behind a significant heritage listed neighbour. The client’s brief was to design a large family contemporary house which embraces its suburban setting. This house provides 5 bedrooms, dual living, plus a pool and cabana. The resulting architectural design plays on a juxtaposition of built elements, the floating roof forms, heavy masonry walls and glazing are placed together to define this contemporary residence.
