GRIFFITH HOUSE | WAHROONGA

Griffith House is located proximate to Knox Grammar school and is within a heritage conservation area. The architectural brief was to retain and refurbish the original Georgian bungalow whilst providing a sympathetic extension including open plan living areas cabana and pool extension to the rear. The resulting family home is elegant in styling exploring a white-on-white theme and introducing a new slate roof. The extensions blends into the rear yard providing an ideal space in which to entertain.

Our engaged services extended to all phases of the project including contract administration of the ABIC-SW construction contract on site.
