The estate comprises seven separate large luxury family homes in the midst of a Sydney Blue Gum High Forest. The development features a communal drive which acts like a private street providing access to each of the two storey houses.The dwellings as a group have been designed to be sensitive to the existing streetscape yet provide designs that are both unique and personal.  Each lot accommodates private gardens and open spaces.  Each house is designed to be specific to its siting and its relationship to the neighbouring houses.
