TURRAMURRA VILLAS

The Turramurra Villas are located close to the Turramurra town centre but also within a heritage conservation area (HCA) dominated by existing single storey bungalows. The proposed seniors housing development was also located next to a heritage item and as such required a sensitive approach to the architectural design.The development compromises five villas over a common basement.  The design provides open plan apartment style living but presents as a large single dwelling to the street.
