ROSELANDS TOWNHOUSES

This project proposed the amalgamation of three R3 medium density zoned lots with a combined site area of 2,650m and subsequent development of ten townhouses with individual basement garages.The development application proposed low-rise multi-dwelling housing under the Canterbury Local Environmental Plan (LEP).The resulting architectural design celebrates the terrace typology through a modern interpretation and use of contemporary fabric. Each townhouse provides open plan ground floor living with three bedrooms on the first floor. The living areas open at each end into private outdoor living areas defying its dense urban context.

Our engaged services extended to preparing the concept design, architectural documentation and project management of the consultancy team for the Development Application.
