MIDDLETON GRANGE TOWNHOUSES

This project involved the greenfield subdivision of 12,090 m² of land in south-west Sydney and design of new multi-dwelling housing.The masterplan for the site superimposed a diagonal public road which caused dissonance in the otherwise rectilinear site layout. The architectural design proposed twenty-two attached and detached dwellings including some low-rise medium density housing which sort to reintroduce uniformity to the streetscape whilst achieving individuality of dwelling design.

Our engaged services extended to preparing the concept design, architectural documentation and project management of the consultancy team for the Development Application.
