The client brief was to prepare a conceptual design and accompanying massing study for a proposed mixed use development of this prominent Chatswood 4,079m² group of properties. The resulting concept design proposed residential shop top housing, retail, commercial and of basement floor area and assisted the developer client in determining the potential of this development site.
Our engaged services extended to reviewing the applicable planning controls, preparation of a concept design and massing study with accompanying 3d visualisations as part of the client’s feasibility study for the site.
