The client brief was to upgrade a tired lobby and street presence to this office tower located in the gentrified Parramatta River precinct. The architectural design proposed a contemporary new lobby space with new finishes and lighting. We replanned the existing ground floor retail tenancies, activating the streetscape and adding both new common amenities as well as secure bike storage and an end of trip facilities. The completed project is now a benchmark for architectural design in the street and a feature building in the client’s commercial portfolio.

Our engaged services initially included architectural design and documentation then extended to all phases of the project including interior design and the contract administration of the construction contract on site.
