The building contract has been awarded to the builder Projectcorp Australia P/L under an ABIC-SW 2008 contract with McCullum Ashby acting as contract administrator throughout the construction duration.

The townhouse development, was approved by Ku-ring-gai Council under the Local Environmental Plan 194 and designed to comply with State Environmental Planning Policy (SEPP) no. 65 – Design Quality of Residential Flat Development. The townhouses will provide the Lindfield town centre with a unique and modern development that will set a new standard for housing in the locality. Both the owners, builders and architect look forward to seeing this exciting project become a reality.
