Kulgoa Ave, Pymble
This contemporary house takes advantage of the site on which it is situated, incorporating elements that stagger down the slope while overlapping and intersecting each other.  This creates a striking visual form from defined  edges that enclose cantilevered balconies, the entrance and roof forms.   Higher elements of the building are wrapped in modern metal panels to juxtapose the lower elements utilizing in timber and stone, which helps to further define the intersecting elements.
Designed in 2011.  Currently under construction.
