100 George St, Parramatta
The project brief to rejuvenate a tired 1980’s building in the heart of Parramatta was answered through the introduction of contemporary finishes to deliver a fresh corporate identity. A new ‘skin’ of crisp, aluminium composite panels cloaks the existing concrete structure producing a modern façade. The forecourt previously underutilised and lacking identity, provides a dynamic street presence through the introduction of external dining spaces and a large signage blade connecting the building to the street. The transformation of the lobby into a vibrant, energetic space unites the internal and external.

We are proud to advise that due to the extensive renovations of the building including upgrading of plant equipment we have reduced the overall energy consumption of the building by HALF. Resulting in the buildings NABERS rating increasing from 1 star to 4.5 star.

Completed 2012.
